Inspection software that compares what you actually made against what you designed, and produces a report you can hand to the customer.
What PowerInspect does
PowerInspect measures a finished part against the original CAD model and shows you the deviation. It works with the measuring hardware most toolrooms already have, so you are not tied to one equipment brand.
Where it earns its cost
- CAD-based inspection — measure directly against the design model instead of working from a drawing and a calculator.
- Works with your hardware — CMMs, portable measuring arms, laser scanners and machine-tool probing.
- First-article and in-process checks — catch a problem while the part is still on the machine, not after it ships.
- Reports customers accept — colour deviation maps and dimensional reports that go straight into a quality dossier.
- Tool and electrode verification — confirm a mould or electrode before it goes near a trial.

Autodesk PowerInspect price, licensing and quotation
PowerInspect is licensed by edition, depending on whether you are probing on the machine, using a portable arm, or running a full CMM. The right edition depends on your hardware, so tell us what you measure with.
- Licence types
- Depending on the product we can quote subscription (term) or perpetual licences, single-seat or network/floating, and commercial or educational versions. We will tell you which makes sense for your usage rather than quoting the largest one.
- Getting a price
- Software pricing depends on modules, seat count, licence term and whether it is a new purchase or a renewal, so there is no single figure to publish. Send us your requirement and you will have a written quotation, on letterhead with GST, within one working day.
- What the price includes
- Supply through official channels with proper invoicing, remote installation and activation, configuration for your machines and workflow, and handover training. The licence works before we consider the job finished.
- Anywhere in India
- Licences are delivered and activated remotely, so it makes no difference whether your unit is in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore or Ludhiana. Support is remote too.
